CS/SB 590: Good Samaritan Act
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Bullard
Good Samaritan Act; provides immunity from civil liability for person who participates in emergency response activities of community emergency response team if that person acts prudently & within scope of his or her training. Amends 768.13.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
