Law Enforcement Officer/Pub. Rec.; provides that law enforcement officer's personal & private records that are in possession of law enforcement agency because of complaint investigation are exempt from disclosure under public records law; defines term "personal & private records" for purposes of exemption; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides findings of public necessity. Amends 112.533.
