GENERAL BILL by Jones ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clary

Coastal Redevelopment; cites act as "Coastal Redevelopment Hazard Mitigation Demonstration Project Act"; defines term "local mitigation strategy"; provides additional requirement for local government's comprehensive plan concerning hazard mitigation; authorizes demonstration project in certain counties to allow for redevelopment of coastal areas within designated coastal high hazard area, etc. Amends 163.3164,.3177,.3178, 186.515, 288.975, 369.303.
