GENERAL BILL by Evers ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Allen ; Ambler ; Benson ; Kilmer ; Murzin ; Stargel

Military Affairs; creates Office of Military & State Relations; provides for exchange of information re proposed land use decisions between counties & local governments & military installations; provides for future land use plan element of comprehensive plans to include compatibility of uses of lands adjacent to or closely proximate to military installations; creates Military Base Protection Grant Program, etc. Creates 14.2018; amends Ch. 163, 288.980. APPROPRIATION: $12,000,000.
