LOCAL BILL by Negron
St. Lucie County Erosion District; provides for codification of special laws re district; amends, codifies, reenacts, & repeals all prior special acts; provides board of district shall be St. Lucie County Commission; provides that employees of district shall be considered employees of said county; provides district board authorization to levy & collect non-ad valorem assessments & authorization for issuance of bonds pursuant to general law & this act; provides for severability, etc.
