Self-pay Patients; provides legislative findings; requires hospitals to develop & make available two payment allowance programs for qualified self-pay patients; provides program guidelines & requirements; provides exclusions; provides definition of patients qualified for such programs; provides exceptions; prohibits hospitals from pursuing certain civil remedies against such patients. Amends 395.301.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
