GENERAL BILL by Murman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Roberson, Y

Sexual Misconduct; defines terms "employee," "sexual activity," & "sexual misconduct"; provides that it is second degree felony for employee to engage in sexual misconduct with certain developmentally disabled clients, certain mental health patients, or certain forensic clients; requires certain employees to report sexual misconduct to central abuse hotline of CFS Dept.; provides for notification to inspector general of said dept., etc. Amends FS.
