Family Child Care Homes; redesignates family day care homes as family child care homes; requires licensed family child care homes & large family child care homes to provide specified information to resource & referral agencies; requires CFS Dept. & local licensing agencies to provide information on large family child care homes; deletes provisions re registration of family child care homes; requires all family child care homes to be licensed, etc. Amends FS.
