GENERAL BILL by Gelber ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Antone ; Arza ; Gottlieb ; Hasner ; Henriquez ; Needelman

Adjudication of Guilt; prohibits withholding of adjudication of guilt upon defendants in felony cases in certain circumstances; provides exceptions; provides for appellate review in certain circumstances; provides for state's right to appeal withholding of adjudication in certain circumstances; repeals Rule 3.670, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, re rendition of judgment, to extent of inconsistency with act, etc. Creates 775.08435; amends 924.07.

Effective Date: 07/01/2004 except as otherwise provided
