GENERAL BILL by Richardson
Biological Fathers/Paternity; authorizes certain unmarried biological fathers to petition for certain paternity tests for visitation purposes under certain circumstances; authorizes such fathers to petition for visitation under certain circumstances; provides for due process rights of mother & legal father; specifies required burden of proof; authorizes court to order visitation under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 63.054, 742.12.
