Women's Health & Safety Act/Abortion; provides popular name; revises requirements for rules of AHCA re abortions performed in abortion clinics; provides for rules re abortions performed after first trimester of pregnancy; requires abortion clinics to develop policies to protect health, care & treatment of patients. Amends 390.012.
