GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kottkamp
Judgment Liens; eliminates authority of judges to act under provisions re satisfaction of judgments & decrees when there is no clerk of court; revises procedures for acquiring such lien; revises provisions re foreign judgments to apply only to out-of-country foreign judgments; expands application of certain judgment & lien provisions to designations of homestead property before levy to include foreign judgments, etc. Amends Chs. 55, 56, 222.01, 319.27, 679.1021.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
