GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Agriculture ; Alexander

Citrus Dept./Fla. Citrus Commission; requires Citrus Dept. to develop process for persons liable for equalizing excise tax to elect to not pay portion of tax; prohibits dept. from expending any remaining amount of excise tax moneys for advertising, marketing, or public-relations activities; provides for dismissal of certain claims; requires Fla. Citrus Commission to include report by internal auditor of dept. as an agenda item at each regularly scheduled meeting. Amends 601.155.
