Pension Fund/Firefighters & Police; (Hillsborough Co.) revises provisions re City Pension Fund for Firefighters & Police Officers in City of Tampa; authorizes Tampa to enter into supplemental contract with certain firefighters & police officers to revise definition of pensionable earnings to include up to 300 hours per year of overtime & any other payments required to be included under specified provisions; provides for increase in accrual of benefits from 2.5 percent to 3.15 percent, etc.
