Health Care Practitioners/Education; deletes requirements for Health Dept. to administer electronic continuing education tracking system for health care practitioners; provides rulemaking authority; continues education requirements required for license renewal; authorizes citations & fines to be imposed for failure to comply with required continuing education requirements, etc. Amends 456.025,.072; creates 456.0251.
