GENERAL BILL by Benson
Medical Practice; defines term "physician office practice setting"; provides requirements for supervisory relationships with advanced registered nurse practitioners or physician assistants practicing outside physician office practice setting; requires osteopathic physicians in supervisory relationship with certain professionals to provide notice; provides grounds for discipline, etc. Amends 458.348; creates 459.025.
