Unlawful Taking of Personal Property; deletes provisions specifying that prohibition against obtaining personal property or equipment with intent to defraud does not apply to rental-purchase agreement unless rental store retains title to property or equipment throughout period of rental-purchase agreement. Amends 812.155.
