GENERAL BILL by Carroll ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ross ; Stargel

Sales Tax Exemptions; continues in effect exemption from tax on rental or license fees which is provided for certain property rented, leased, or licensed by convention or exhibition hall, auditorium, stadium, theater, arena, civic center, performing arts center, or publicly owned recreational facility for specified period; continues in effect provision that excludes certain service charges from sale price or actual value of admission, etc. Amends Ch. 212.

Effective Date: 07/01/2005 except as otherwise provided
