Blood Donor Protection Act; provides that no blood bank or subsidiary or affiliate thereof or employee or agent of blood bank or subsidiary or affiliate thereof may be compelled to disclose identity or identifying characteristics of any person who donates blood or any blood components; provides exception. Creates 381.0043.
