Nurse Licensure Compact; incorporates said compact into Nurse Practice Act; provides legislative intent, findings, & purpose; provides for state's ability to withdraw & amend compact; provides for professional nurse with multistate licensure privilege from compact state to be certified as advanced registered nurse practitioner; creates requirements for submission of employment data, education, & other workforce information to Nursing Board, etc. Amends Ch. 464.
