HB 1107: Pharmacy Technicians

GENERAL BILL by Machek

Pharmacy Technicians; allows said technicians to initiate or receive request for original prescriptions when dispensing for nonhuman use, under certain circumstances; requires Pharmacy Board to establish certain guidelines on supervision of said technicians dispensing for nonhuman use; provides exception to provision for facsimile of prescriptions for cases of dispensing for nonhuman use. Amends 465.014,.035.
