Restaurants/Resealed Wine Containers; authorizes restaurant patron to remove resealed wine container from restaurant for off-premise consumption; provides that resealed wine container is not open container for purposes of prohibition against possessing open container of alcohol in vehicle. Creates 564.09; amends 316.1936.
