Specialty Nursing; defines terms "clinical nurse specialist practice" & "clinical nurse specialist" provides requirements for certification as said specialist; requires advanced registered nurse practitioners to register with Board of Nursing to prescribe medicinal drugs, including controlled substances; redefines term "practitioner", etc. Amends Ch. 464, 893.02, 458.348; reenacts 921.0022(3)(g).
