SB 112: Hospice Facilities

GENERAL BILL by Constantine

Hospice Facilities; includes said facilities within purview of Fla. Building Code; deletes provisions requiring Elderly Affairs Dept. to adopt physical plant standards for said facilities; limits definition of term "hospice" to entities exempt from federal tax; requires that construction standards for said facilities be in compliance with Fla. Building Code; requires AHCA to provide technical assistance, etc. Amends 553.73, 400.605,.601; creates 400.6055.
