Financial Literacy Council; creates council; provides purposes; provides for membership; provides for meetings, procedures, records, & reimbursement for travel & per diem expenses; prohibits compensation for council members; provides powers & duties of council; provides for resources of council; requires any funds received by council to be deposited in Administrative Trust Fund; provides authorization for expenditure of grant funds, etc. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
