PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Commerce and Consumer Services ; Argenziano

Trade Secrets/State Agency/Pub. Rec.; creates exemption from public-records requirements for trade secrets held by agency; requires that written declaration be submitted to agency verifying that information is trade secret; specifies requirements for such declaration; creates exemption from public-meetings requirements for any portion of meeting at which trade secret is discussed; provides for future review & repeal under OGSR Act, etc. Repeals 815.045.
