GENERAL BILL by Clarke ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Waters

Insurance Administrators; revises definition of "administrator"; provides additional definitions; requires additional documents from administrators applying for certificate of authority; specifies duties & responsibilities of insurers & administrators in administering coverage; requires audited financial statement; authorizes Financial Services Commission to require submittal of reports or filings electronically, etc. Amends 626.88,.8805,.8817,.89; creates 626.8991.
