Jacksonville/Bldgs./Construction; (Duval Co.) authorizes waiver of payment & performance bonds for construction of public building, for prosecution & completion of public work, or for repair upon public building or public work when cost of project is $500,000 or less & contract for construction, completion, or repair is awarded pursuant to economic development program established to encourage local small businesses to participate in City of Jacksonville procurement programs.
