Custodial Interrogations; describes circumstances in which oral, written, or sign language statement made by capital interrogee during custodial interrogation is presumed inadmissible as evidence against such person; describes circumstances in which prosecution may rebut such presumption; describes circumstances in which law enforcement officers may have good cause not to electronically record all or part of interrogation, etc. Creates 901.241.
