SB 1192: Communications Services Sales Tax

GENERAL BILL by Garcia

Communications Services Sales Tax; provides that mobile communications service having residential service address is exempt from tax imposed on communication services; reenacts specified provisions re tax on communication services, authority of county or municipality to impose local communications services tax, & tax on gross receipts for communication services, to incorporate amendment made to specified provision in references thereto. Amends 202.125; reenacts FS.
