Drug Paraphernalia Abatement; creates Drug Paraphernalia Abatement Task Force within Executive Office of Governor; prescribes task force membership; provides that meetings & records of task force are subject to public-records requirements for specified provisions; provides for members of task force to be reimbursed for per diem & travel expenses; requires Drug Control Office within Executive Office of Governor to provide staff support, etc.
