Tax/Gross Receipts for Utility Svcs.; provides for tax on utility services delivered to retail consumer in this state; provides for tax on gross receipts of distribution company providing delivery of electricity & for sale or transportation of natural gas or manufactured gas to retail consumer, based on index price; requires any person who transports natural or manufactured gas to furnish list of customer to DOR, etc. Amends 203.01,.012.
Effective Date: 01/01/2006 except as otherwise provided
