Health Insurance/Small Employers; authorizes certain small employers to contract with DMS to participate in state group health insurance program; provides requirements for employers & employees re payroll deductions & contributions; provides for administrative fee; requires DMS to maintain separate accounting for such program participation. Creates 627.6565.
