Fla. Commission on Tourism; increases membership of commission; revises financial disclosure requirements for members of commission; eliminates duty of commission to establish statewide advisory committee to assist with implementation of plan to protect & promote natural, coastal, historical, & cultural tourism assets of state. Amends 288.1223,.1224.
