JOINT RESOLUTION by Bennett
Use of Public Funds/Sports Teams; constitutional amendment to require that use of public funds in aid of any professional sports team, or to pay for facility used or intended to be used by such team or for professional sporting event, be approved by vote of electors of state or by electors of affected county, school district, municipality, or special district; provides exception for such payments authorized before specified date. Creates s. 19, Art. VII.
