GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Consumer Services ; Carlton

Recreational Vehicles; requires DOT to incorporate certain markers on logo signs for certain establishments; eliminates future termination of RV Mediation & Arbitration Program; revises requirements for program certification to ensure neutrality of dispute resolution; provides that program must complete all mediation & arbitration within 70 days after receipt of claim; provides & revises dispute resolution guidelines for consumers of said vehicles, etc. Amends FS.
