GENERAL BILL by Posey
Civil Penalties/Guardianship Program; authorizes county to impose surcharge on certain civil penalties to fund local participation in public guardianship or guardian ad litem programs; prescribes prerequisites for imposing such surcharge; provides limit on such surcharge. Amends 318.18.
