Motor Vehicle Dealers; exempts certain claims against said dealer from provisions of Fla. Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act; preserves enforcing authority's exercise of certain powers; revises acts by motor vehicle dealer that constitute unfair or deceptive acts or practices; requires presuit notice to said dealer; provides for award of certain costs to prevailing party; deletes reference to factors used to determine attorney's fees, etc. Amends 501.212,.976.
