Arbitration; revises provisions re enforcement of arbitration agreements; provides for enforceability of said agreements made under Federal Arbitration Act; revises provisions re grounds for refusing order for arbitration; prohibits court from refusing to enforce said agreement or provision on specified grounds. Amends 682.02,.03,.18.
