GENERAL BILL by Evers ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Needelman

Controlled Substances; revises definition of "listed precursor chemical" to include benzaldehyde, hydriodic acid, & nitroethane, & to remove anhydrous ammonia & benzyl chloride; prohibits person from selling, manufacturing, delivering, or attempting to sell, manufacture, or deliver controlled substance in, on, or within 1,000 feet of assisted living facility; limits retail sales of products containing more than specified amount of ephedrine, etc. Amends FS.
