Sue Weaver Act/Service & Delivery; requires in-home service & residential delivery companies to perform background checks on certain employees & others; provides rebuttable presumption that in-home service company or residential delivery company had not acted negligently if certain requirements were met; provides rebuttable presumption that certain persons who contract with said companies are not negligent if certain requirements were met, etc. Creates 768.097.
