Qualified Job Training Organizations; provides definition; provides for certification by Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office of organization as qualified job training organization; provides for distribution of certain funds to certified organization; authorizes Auditor General to audit such organizations for certain purposes; provides for appropriations to be distributed through office, etc. Creates 288.1171. APPROPRIATION: $3,000,000.
