Performing Arts Center Authority; (Broward Co.) codifies, reenacts, amends & repeals special acts re authority; provides that authority is public body, corporate & politic; provides purposes; provides for method & manner of appointment of authority & terms of authority's membership; authorizes acquisition of certain property acquired by eminent domain; provides for budget approval by Broward Co. Commission & Ft. Lauderdale City Commission, etc.
