GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Consumer Services ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Economic Development/Entertainment; changes term "television series" to "television programming" for purposes of definition of term "entertainment industry" in provisions establishing Film & Entertainment Office within Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office; revises program under which certain persons producing, or providing services for production of, filmed entertainment are eligible for state financial incentives for activities in or relocated to this state, etc. Amends Ch. 288.
