GENERAL BILL by Geller
Energy Efficiency Standards; provides legislative findings; provides definitions; provides that act applies to specified types of new products sold, offered for sale, or installed in this state; requires DEP, in consultation with PSC, to adopt rules establishing minimum efficiency standards for specified products; specifies minimum efficiency levels for those standards; sets implementation deadlines, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
