Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District; (Manatee & Sarasota Counties) creates within portions of such counties the "Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District Act"; establishes compliance with minimum requirements in specified provision for creation of independent special district; provides for creation & establishment of district & establishes legal boundaries; provides method for transition of board from landowner control to control by resident electors of district, etc.
Effective Date: 06/17/2005 except as otherwise provided
