Insurance Administrators; redefines term "administrator" & defines terms "affiliate," "control," & "GAAP"; requires additional information to accompany application for certificate of authority to act as administrator; details responsibilities of insurance company in its dealings with administrator; prescribes information that must be submitted in administrator's annual report, etc. Amends 626.88,.8805,.8817,.89; creates 626.8991.
