GENERAL BILL by Flores ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Legg ; Rivera ; Robaina ; Zapata

Cardiopulmonary Perfusionists; requires Medicine Board & Osteopathic Medicine Board to require medical malpractice insurance or proof of financial responsibility as condition of licensure or licensure renewal for licensed cardiopulmonary perfusionists; revises grounds for which physician or osteopathic physician may be disciplined for failing to provide adequate supervision, etc. Amends 456.048, 458.331, 459.015; creates 458.3476, 459.024.
