GENERAL BILL by Crist

Correctional Facilities/Contraband; provides that it is third-degree felony to give cellular telephone to inmate of state correctional facility, unless authorized by officer in charge of facility; provides that it is third-degree felony for inmate or person on grounds of state correctional facility to possess cellular telephone, unless authorized by officer in charge of facility, etc. Amends 944.47, 921.0022.
