GENERAL BILL by Patterson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Zapata

Extracurricular Activities/Eligible; provides that eligibility requirements for participation shall apply to all extracurricular activities rather than to interscholastic activities only; provides that student shall not be precluded from participation in certain activities; authorizes establishment of waiver process; prohibits certain waivers; requires DOE to annually report data re student participation in extracurricular activities, etc. Amends 1006.15, 1002.33,.41.
